I hear this all of the time whether it is signing up for fitness classes or nutrition coaching. But guess what? 🤷♀️
The reality is you are always going to be BUSY with something so we need to stop waiting for the week or month where we have nothing on as that time never truly comes or at least doesn't last.😯
Whether it is children, work, household chores, elderly parents....there will always be something taking up your time and I would ARGUE that this is actually the BEST time to sign up for classes and/or nutrition coaching as continuing with good eating and healthy habits in times of stress will only HELP you. 😊
As eating 3 balanced meals, drinking your water, getting your steps in, prioritising sleep, going to fitness classes is not just about weight loss...it is about health gains which in the end is most important. 🥗
AND if you are taking care of yourself then guess what? You are going to be a much better mother, grandmother, spouse, caregiver, employee or boss. The people will get the healthy version of you not the burnt out, stressed out, not sleeping and oh so cranky you. 😠
So stop waiting until you are not busy, start embracing that you will always be, and work to fit good nutrition, healthy habits, and fitness sessions into your life now. 🙂↕️
It may not be perfect but perfect is not necessary nor needed. Even a little bit of this and that counts a lot in the long game. 🥰
