Sometimes the most powerful moves happen in the quiet.

For the last few months, I disappeared from socials. Not because I quit, but because I chose self-leadership. I had to show up for myself before I could show up for you.

Burnout taught me I couldn’t pour from an empty cup. Leading myself back to health and alignment was the only way to expand my capacity as a mom, wife, and leader.
