We use hands-on techniques to treat without the use of drugs or other modalities. Manual Osteopathic Techniques include stretching, gentle pressure, and resistance in the form of palpation, soft tissue manipulation, osteopathic mobilization, myofascial release, and muscle energy techniques. We specialize in helping reduce pain from neuro-musculo-skeletal disorders such as back and neck pain, sciatica, sporting injuries, and postural strain. As a reminder, mask requirements for health care settings have not changed. Therefore, I kindly ask that you continue to wear a mask to your upcoming appointments, at least until the Province lifts the mask requirements for the health care sector.
