The time has come, I will be starting 1-1 individual Art Psychotherapy Sessions!

What is different about Art Psychotherapy you may ask? It combines the components of talk psychotherapy alongside creative expression to assist in deepening conversation through metaphor, symbolism and movement. It is not about the therapist interpreting the art, but rather using the art as another voice and communication tool within the session.

I am limited on space as I am limited on number of spaces, and any additional requests will be placed on a wait list.

You will be contacted if you are eligible with time slot offerings or wait list status.

We are hosting a land based clay workshop around release and loss alongside the shift in the close of the summer season.

Transportation, meals, and accommodations all provided.
