Happy World Mental Health Day!

We can all benefit from reminders to prioritize our mental health!

This is an invitation to reflect on the things that help or hurt your mental well-being.
- What is within your control?
- What’s something you can choose to let go of or take a break from?
- What fills your cup and what drains you?
- Can you take a step back from the noise that can be overwhelming? Take a break from the news or social media, reduce digital distractions?
- Notice how it feels to take a few deep breaths, be mindful and use your senses throughout the day- whether walking, eating or through your daily activities.

These small actions can improve our mental clarity.

On the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we honour the children, families, communities and generations affected by residential schools. We honour those who survived, remember those who did not survive, and reaffirm that every child matters.
