We are so excited to be bringing back our fun filled family yoga special events that are kicking off on September 25th with Ms. Melanie.

Join us in studio with your family and celebrate the colours of the seasons! 🍁🍂🍁

🍂 This is a family centred and interactive class that will encourage movement, laughter, family connection and of course it will be lots of fun!

🍂 Limited space available (only 3 family spots remain).

🍂 Only one registration per family is required.

During our time together you will be transported to a magical and frosty land with funny talking snowmen through the use of interactive games, movement, imagination and more!

We are so excited to celebrate the magic of the season with you and your family!

Float Eleven Mindful Kids Yoga inspires our youth to pause, notice, breathe and connect. Through the practice of yoga and mindfulness these children will explore ways to live their best life.
Why Yoga for kids? Yoga and mindfulness are interrelated traditions that focus on the entire being. Yoga provides a set of tools for children, youth & adults to use to create space between life experiences and how we respond to them.
Studies support that yoga improves:
self-confidence
self-regulation
reduces anxiety
stabilizes energy
creates greater impulse control
lessens anger response
helps with following directions, focus and impulsivity
increases attention
creates a greater emotional balance
increases strength and confidence.
Our 8 Week Winter Block begins February 4th @ 4:30pm
Pre-registration is required and closed on February 2nd.
Class Schedule:
Little Lotuses (ages 5-7) Tuesdays @ 4:30pm
Mini Gurus (ages 8-10) Wednesdays @ 4:30pm
Tween Yoga (11-13)Thursdays @ 4:30pm
Class are 45 minutes long.

Children live in a fast-paced world with multiple activities, media influences, academic and social pressures.

By teaching a love for self, others, and the world around us through yoga and mindfulness, we are providing life long skills and tools. With these tools we are teaching children to embody the amazing vessel they were given, and to fully experience the beauty

8 week series begins the week of February 4, 2020
Little Lotuses (5-7 year old) Tuesday @ 4:30
Mini Gurus (8-10 year old) Wednesday @ 4:30
Yoga for Tweens (11-13 year old) Thursday @ 4:30

Our Mindful Kids program is now taking registration for the next 6 week session. We now also have Saturday classes available with a once a week or twice a week option.

Yoga paired with mindfulness practices are a wonderful way for children to learn to slow down, calm their bodies, their minds and their breath, while learning to navigate through life's challenges with more ease.

These practices encourage and build self-esteem, body awareness, improves peer relationships, improves concentration and focus, improves stress response, decreases anxiety, it teaches self-regulation, and helps to build strength and balance in both the body and mind.

By teaching a love for self, others, and the world around us through yoga and mindfulness, we are providing life long skills and tools. With these tools we are teaching children to embody the amazing vessel they were given, and to fully experience the beauty of their life.
