We’re on the lookout for LEGO! 🧱

At Bright Spot, we use LEGO in our therapy sessions to support creativity, communication, problem-solving, and connection for the kids we work with. It’s a huge hit - and we us a lot of them!

We’d love to purchase second-hand, mixed LEGO from our community rather than buying brand new. If you have bins, boxes, or sets that are no longer being used, we’d be happy to give them a second life in a really meaningful way.

• Loose/mixed pieces are perfect
• No need for complete sets
• We’re happy to pay a fair price

🚸 Crossing Guard Appreciation Day 🚸

Today, we recognize and thank our dedicated crossing guards who help keep our children safe on their way to and from school each day. Rain, snow (lots of snow), or shine, they are out there making a difference in our community and we are grateful for their commitment and care. 💛

This is also a reminder to all motorists:
⚠️ Slow down in school zones
⚠️ Obey posted speed limits and signage
⚠️ Stay alert at crosswalks
⚠️ Be patient and respectful

Our crossing guards are there to protect some of our most vulnerable road users; let’s all do our part to keep them, and our students, safe.
