The U15 Falcons Rep team was back in the studio for another Pilates focused training session as they continue their push toward the provincial championships.
After an early morning practice, the girls slowed things down and got to work on core strength, balance, and control using Pilates based movement. We also spent time on foam rolling and recovery, teaching them how to take care of sore muscles during a demanding season. The session wrapped up with breath work and a chance to reset, refocus, and stay present.
Pilates plays a huge role in building strong, resilient athletes, and we love being part of their journey.
