With all the snow we’ve been getting, parking may be more limited than usual. We recommend arriving early to allow time to find a spot. If possible, please consider being dropped off and picked up or carpooling.

A fresh year often starts best by going back to the basics.

Pilates 101 is designed for those new to Pilates or anyone looking to build a strong foundation. This beginner class focuses on proper alignment, breathing techniques, and foundational exercises to improve strength and flexibility from the core.

Pilates 101 with Sylvie is a five week beginner series held Mondays from 5:15 to 6:15 PM, beginning January 26.
