We loved hosting the U15 Rep Falcons for a dryland training session as they prepare for Provincials this April.

The focus was on recovery, mobility, and Pilates-based movement to support performance, reduce injury risk, and keep these athletes strong through a busy season.

Our 4 Week Back Program is starting next week at The Movement Studio.

If you are dealing with back pain or feeling stiff and weak through your spine, this rehabilitation focused program is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and protect your back in everyday life.

The program uses science backed movement to improve spinal mobility, build core and posture strength, and teach safe ways to move with confidence. Exercises are progressive and focused on supporting long term spine health.

Classes are led by Nadia Lapointe, Physiotherapist, Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, and Certified Pilates Teacher with over 20 years of clinical experience.

This 4 week program starts next Wednesday, February 4, from 5:15–6:30 PM. All levels are welcome, to register or for more information call the clinic at 705-360-1400 or email themovementstudio@icloud.com.

Pilates 101 is designed for those new to Pilates or anyone looking to build a strong foundation. This beginner class focuses on proper alignment, breathing techniques, and foundational exercises to improve strength and flexibility from the core.

Pilates 101 with Sylvie begins Monday, January 26, and runs for five weeks from 5:15 to 6:15 PM.
