Our 4 Week Back Program is starting next week at The Movement Studio.
If you are dealing with back pain or feeling stiff and weak through your spine, this rehabilitation focused program is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and protect your back in everyday life.
The program uses science backed movement to improve spinal mobility, build core and posture strength, and teach safe ways to move with confidence. Exercises are progressive and focused on supporting long term spine health.
Classes are led by Nadia Lapointe, Physiotherapist, Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, and Certified Pilates Teacher with over 20 years of clinical experience.
