In 2016 I hosted my very first women’s circle on this very day! Today, 2026, exactly 10 years later, I stepped back into holding space for beings. It felt incredible and empowering.

Today I welcomed back a version of myself that has been on pause and she has been waiting so eagerly to come out and play. Today we weaved our magic of wisdom and flourished.

✨ Oh hey! It’s been a while ✨
As we step into the new year, I want to gently re-introduce myself as I move into a new chapter—one that intentionally bridges psychotherapy and spirituality 🌿

Some of you may know me as Mystic Am, a sacred space holder and energy worker.
Some of you may know me as a psychotherapist.

✨ I am now consciously merging both worlds—honouring evidence-based therapy while holding space for spiritual meaning, embodiment, and inner wisdom ✨

I am deeply passionate about supporting women and girls’ wellness and empowerment, individuals experiencing spiritual or existential challenges, and those wishing to cultivate a more holistic and intentional way of living.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered and client-empowered, drawing from integrative and evidence-based modalities while honouring your lived experience, values, and beliefs. I work in the here and now, supporting nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and self-connection.
