🎄 It’s easy for the holidays to throw our routines off.

Personally, I don’t stress if I fall out of rhythm for a few days — it happens.
But I do make sure to prioritize at least one thing that keeps me feeling good.

This year?
✨ Staying active

Whether you call it movement, exercise, or simply “getting your steps in,” moving your body helps keep your blood sugar steady and your energy more balanced.

And during the holidays, it’s so easy to skip your usual workouts — which is why I recommend something simple:

🚶‍♀️ Take a 10-minute walk after your larger meals.
Make it a group activity or head out on your own.
Do it indoors, outdoors, around the block, or even in your living room.

Not in the mood for a walk?
Try a 10-minute dance or Zumba video — something fun that gets your blood flowing.

Remember, even a small amount of movement can help you feel better, support digestion, and keep your blood sugar more stable.

I see this scenario all the time.

A woman comes in feeling exhausted, struggling to sleep, and just not feeling like herself.
She’s already had blood work done and was told “everything is normal.”
Yet she still feels unwell — frustrated, dismissed, and unsure what to do next.

I see this so often in my practice.

Here’s the thing: lab ranges are not the whole story.
Your body doesn’t operate according to a generic “normal range.”
There’s a difference between normal and optimal, and that gap is where many women’s symptoms get overlooked.
