Is your child starting to stay home alone or looking for more independence? Our Home Alone course is designed to help kids feel confident, prepared, and safe when they’re on their own.

❄️ If you can, stay indoors and avoid travel until conditions improve
🚗 If travel is absolutely necessary, drive slowly, keep distance, and carry emergency supplies
🧤 Dress warmly in layers and protect exposed skin from frostbite
🏠 Check in on neighbors, seniors, and those who may need extra help

🚑 Which First Aid or CPR course is right for you? 🚑
At St. John Ambulance, we offer a variety of courses to meet workplace, school, and personal requirements. Here’s a quick breakdown to help you choose:

🔹 Standard First Aid (SFA)
✔️ Standard First Aid A – Covers CPR for adults, AED use, and comprehensive first aid. Ideal for low-risk workplaces.
✔️ Standard First Aid C – Includes everything in SFA A plus CPR for adults, children, and infants. Required for many workplaces, childcare, and healthcare settings.

🔹 Emergency First Aid (EFA)
✔️ Emergency First Aid A – A one-day course covering CPR/AED and basic first aid for adults.
✔️ Emergency First Aid C – Includes adult, child, and infant CPR, along with essential first aid skills.

🔹 Blended Standard First Aid (Online + In-Class)
✔️ Blended Standard First Aid A – Complete theory online at your own pace, then attend one in-class day for hands-on skills and evaluation (adult CPR included).
✔️ Blended Standard First Aid C – Same flexible format, with adult, child, and infant CPR included.
