It’s been a hot minute since I last did microneedling—and honestly… why did I wait?!

For one, I didn’t want to do it to myself 😅 But let me tell you—numbing was the answer. Could I have done it without? Yes. But when it makes the treatment absolutely painless, why wouldn’t you? (So YES, you will all have the option to numb prior to the procedure)

I used a blend of VAMP, RENEW, and 10 units of Tox, and the results speak for themselves:

Day 1: Redness and warmth that gradually settled throughout the day
Day 2: Mild red blotchiness with a slightly puffy feeling
Day 3: No redness, visibly smaller pores, more even skin tone, spider veins reduced by ~50%, and my skin feels incredibly soft and smooth ✨

Safe to say—I’m officially adding this to my regular regimen and aiming for monthly treatments. My skin is loving it, and so am I.

Hello January! 2025 brought incredible opportunities, growth, and learning—both personally and professionally.

As the new year begins, I’m carrying gratitude for the past, present and future. Between kids’ activities, operating a business, and working at the hospital, life is full- and I truly love every minute of it.

No big changes ahead, just a few thoughtful adjustments to streamline the year to come.

Looking forward to hockey and volleyball tournaments, our annual family ski trip and before we know it another Grade 12 Graduation!

This month we are diving deep on the world of microneedling.
