🥗 Keto Taco Salad with Guacamole & Salsa

1 pound (extra) lean ground beef/bison
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 avocado, diced
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup salsa (sugar-free)
1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
2. Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spices are fragrant.
3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.
4. Top the salad with the seasoned ground beef, diced avocado, sour cream, and salsa.
5. If desired, add sliced black olives and garnish with fresh cilantro.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy your keto taco salad!
