This is our way of opening the doors, moving together, and welcoming everyone into the HÔM experience. Whether you’re brand new or returning to your practice, these classes are for all stages and all bodies.

While classes are free, optional $5 donations or perishable food items are warmly welcomed in support of our local charity — a small way we can move with purpose and give back together.
