They say astrologically things have been swirling this month—can you feel it? •
I’m not sure if it’s the stars, the galaxies, the news cycle… or just that quiet sense that there must be something more meaningful.

A good friend told me: surrender.
Exhale. Let go.

Autumn is nature’s reminder of release: trees shedding their leaves, teaching us that transition can be beautiful. ○
The forest doesn’t resist change; it surrenders to it.

Maybe we’re invited to do the same to loosen our grip on what has run its course, to soften into the unknown, and to trust that something beautiful is waiting on the other side.
