Uncertainty can feel overwhelming, especially when your nervous system is already working hard to keep you safe.

This affirmation is a gentle reminder:
Even when the world feels unpredictable, your body and mind can learn to find small moments of calm.

Peace may not come all at once-but it is within you, and it’s okay to return to it slowly, in your own time.

Healing doesn’t mean always feeling calm.
It means knowing that calm is still possible.
