Today we’re celebrating some of the incredible female founders we have the privilege of working with. Many built their brands to solve problems they personally experienced, with the goal of helping others feel better and more supported.

As we’ve gotten to know them, we’ve also come to admire who they are beyond their businesses…caring daughters, mothers, sisters, and partners balancing so much with passion and purpose.

We deeply admire their tenacity, care, and the intention behind everything they create.

Sleep is actually one of the most common changes noticed in Perimenopause. 😴 This is one of those changes that may benefit from HRT - specifically Progesterone which may be worth exploring with your doctor or naturopath if you are finding difficulty sleeping after age 35.
