Corinne is a Registered Massage Therapist who draws from clinical and restorative therapies to help busy, driven people achieve their health goals and improve quality of life. Since 2015, Corinne has explored techniques that help restore and re-pattern the body’s relationship to “good” and “bad” stress caused by work, exercise, and a fast-changing world. Certifications include: Hospital Specialization certificate through the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, Advanced Sports Techniques through the Canadian Sports Massage Therapists Association (CSMTA), and Lomilomi Level 2 through Lotus Palm School of Thai Yoga. Corinne has completed her personal training program with CanFitPro and plans to add personal training to her services in winter 2022. Additionally, she will be offering Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) to her services in August of 2022. Appointments are made and held via credit card. Once the appointment is complete, althernative payment can be made. Please see the website linked. Insurance receipts are issued after treatment has been provided and payment made.
