This pose helps to improve mindfulness and self-compassion.

ASANA - Any pose that connects our body to the mind (Any backbend) ✅️

A one-legged king pigeon pose captured by the talented on our first photoshoot at

This pose requires you to slow down as we synchronize the body, mind and breath. This pose opens up the entire front body and allows for a deep stretch in the hip flexors while strengthening the back.

Warm up properly before going into one legged king pigeon and use props if necessary 🐦❤️
