I’m attempting to do 2,000 push-ups in 18 days as part of The Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Canada.

This target represents the ~2,000 lives lost to su***de every day, worldwide. You can push for better mental health too by donating to my fundraising page and supporting this important cause (link in my bio).

Funds raised will go to CMHA Ontario - Toronto to promote mental health and support people recovering from mental illness. Any donation, big or small, is really appreciated!

🌟I’m excited to share with you that I’m instructing a FREE Essentrics class on Monday, Sept 30th at 8:30 PM at 1461 Gerrard E in a beautiful studio space. 🧘‍♀️✨

I’m passionate about sharing this type of workout because it has helped me tremendously to heal my injuries, get stronger, and feel empowered, ready to tackle any challenges. 💪 Before, I used to tell myself, “I can’t do things because it hurts,” and I was afraid to work out and move my body, fearing I would re-injure myself. 😓
