The 6ix Sleeve Center Phase 2 - 4 Post-op Gastric Sleeve Surgery Diet Recipe

No-sugar added Apple & Pear Sauce

Ingredients:
✔️ 1 apple
✔️ 1 pear
✔️ 1 cup water
✔️ 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Boil the water and add chopped, peeled & pitted apple and pear to the pot and let it simmer to get softly cooked
2️⃣ You might add cinnamon at this point
3️⃣ Then blend them together in a blender
4️⃣ Let it cool down in a fridge
*️⃣ To improve bowel movement, you might add 1/2 cup prune juice to this fruit sauce.

The 6ix Sleeve Center Post-op Gastric Sleeve Surgery Diet Recipe

Ingredients:
✔️ 1 skinless chicken breast
✔️ 1 medium carrot
✔️ 1 medium potato
✔️ 2 celery stalk
✔️ 3 tbs. crushed tomato
✔️ 2 cups chicken broth
salt & pepper
✔️ 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice

Instructions:
1️⃣ Chop carrot and celery stalks
2️⃣ Add all ingredients in a pot
Cook for 40 to 60 minutes and let it softly simmer
3️⃣ Blend the whole soup in a blender and make a batch of 3 cups of pureed soup
4️⃣ You might add fresh lemon juice to taste.
*️⃣ Enjoy sipping on 1 cup of this soup as one of your main meals at phase3 post-op diet/pureed diet.
