POV: your chiropractor trying to convince your baby tummy time is, in fact, worth it. 😅
Yes, we know… many babies protest. Loudly. Dramatically. Personally.
But tummy time is doing so much more than building neck muscles.
It helps develop shoulder stability, core strength, postural control, hand skills, visual tracking, body awareness, and all that rich sensory input babies need to learn about their world. It’s foundational for rolling, crawling, feeding, play… and so much more. ✨
And the best part? Tummy time doesn’t have to mean “put baby down and hope for the best.” There are so many ways to make it playful, supported, and baby-approved.
At Frame, helping babies learn to love tummy time is kind of our thing. 🧡 We always say - Tummy Time is Play Time!
(And yes, we’ll absolutely negotiate with your tiny protestor.)
Save this if your baby acts personally offended by tummy time. 😂
