Lately I’ve been noticing how many women are carrying a lot quietly.
Holding things together.
Being the one others depend on.
Moving through the day without really pausing… even when we know we need to.
It doesn’t always look like burnout.
Sometimes it just feels like being a little disconnected, a little tired, a little “on” all the time.
And it’s what led me to create something small and simple.
I’m hosting a gentle online women’s circle called HELD on April 25 at 11 AM EDT.
It is a quiet, guided space to step out of that constant holding.
To settle your nervous system.
Reconnect with your body.
And feel supported without needing to explain or perform.
No pressure to share. No expectations. Just a quiet space to be.
