Most women who have participated in Preparing for Birth have seen better results in their fitness and health compared to their pre-pregnancy workouts. This is because my classes are structured to build functional strength while making you feel good — giving the body a daily dose of what it craves.

The workouts in PFB are here to energize you with each class complementing the next. The PFB Method follows the latest research in prenatal health, pelvic health, and exercise science.

The PFB Method is a unique live prenatal health & fitness program that I will be offering from July - December of this year only. This program was inspired by my own pregnancy and my struggle to find workouts to transition me out of a tough first trimester and suit my body's changing needs during pregnancy.

THE PFB METHOD
* Live 30-minute classes 3x/week
* Walking 5-6x/week (at least 30 minutes/day)
* Recovery 1-2x/week (stretches + mobility work, included in the program)
* Bonus: 20-45 minute on-demand prenatal workouts if you're looking for an extra sweat!

This is all you need to feel your absolute BEST during pregnancy – there is no need for long workouts, heavy weights, or spending 5-6 days/week at the gym.

You are growing a tiny human and movement is incredibly important with a ton of delicious benefits during pregnancy, but overdoing it without adequate rest and recovery can do more harm than good (especially when it comes to your core and pelvic floor health).

I am SO excited to finally introduce my newest program: Heal with Hayley🧘🏼‍♀️💫

Heal with Hayley is a 4-month postnatal rehabilitative program for the core & pelvic floor. This program is designed to start as early as 1 week after birth and can be continued as long as you need to heal and rebuild👩🏽‍🍼

Everyone's postnatal healing looks different and so I wanted to create a program that worked well for all new moms wherever they are in their postpartum journey (weeks, months, years!). My program follows clinically-researched timelines for healing & the program is broken up into a monthly model so you can join anytime and stay for as long as you need.⁠

Heal with Hayley features 3-4 weekly classes focused on restoring your core and pelvic floor and helping you safely return to running and high impact activity 🏃🏾‍♀️

Month 1: Restore Your Core and Pelvic Floor⁠
Month 2: Rebuild Strength & Flexibility⁠
Month 3: Return to Planks & Prepare for Plyometrics⁠
Month 4: Return to Run & High-Impact Exercise⁠
