Winter can make it tempting to play small and stay inside 😬 but, sometimes stepping slightly outside your comfort zone is exactly what your mind needs.

This holiday season, I decided to step outside (literally) to enjoy a meal with good company πŸ› although I was hesitant at first about eating outside, it was an amazing experience with delicious food πŸ˜‹ and great memories!
