Take three mindful breaths to anchor you back to the present moment and to create space for honoring and remembering... With gratitude, remember the courage, service, and sacrifice of those who served with bravery and honor during times of war, conflict, and peacekeeping (past and present).
❤️
With loving-kindness, gently say: May we all be at peace, May we all be held in compassion, May we all be free from suffering, May love, joy and equanimity be with all of us for now and always. Lest we forget...

Wheel of Life
Imagine taking a moment to reflect on all the areas of your life—career, relationships, health, finances, personal growth—and seeing them laid out like a map. The Wheel of Life is a tool designed just for that.  By rating each area from 1 to 10 (where 1 represents low satisfaction and 10 high satisfaction), you can quickly see which areas feel strong and which might need more focus.

Working through the Wheel involves setting intentional goals for lower-rated areas while maintaining what’s already working well, creating a roadmap toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. Revisiting the Wheel regularly, like every few months, can help track your progress, aligning your actions with what truly matters to you.
