👉 If you want to see improvements in bladder, bowel and intimate function - start training your pelvic floor muscles. Getting the muscles moving is so important!
To SQUEEZE: contract the muscles around the va**na and the a**s (ie: picking up a blueberry🫐 )
To RELAX: let go and you should feel a drop in the muscles (ie: flower blossoming 🌼)
And as always, see a pelvic health physio if you have any pelvic floor concerns!
