Start your 2026 right with these healthy eye habits!

🗓 1. Many eye conditions do not have symptoms and can only be diagnosed with a comprehensive exam.

💻 2. Every 20 minutes look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds to reduce eye strain and dryness. Also recommended for kids to slow myopia progression.

🕶 3. Slows cataract progression, prevents eyelid cancers, protects from debris.

🥗 4. These contain anti-oxidants and vitamins that can improve eye health.

🚭 5. Both bad for the body and the eyes. Can lead to dry eyes, macular degeneration and early cataracts.
