✨ October Schedule Updates ✨

We’ve got some exciting shifts this month at Ebb & Flo!

🌸 Mao is now guiding our Saturday morning Pilates, with a new start time of 9:15am.

What to expect: core-focused movement, mindful strength, and clear guidance to help you feel both strong and supported.

🌿 Ellie is stepping into the Sunday Intermediate Flo at 11am.

What to expect: creative transitions, intelligent sequencing, and plenty of opportunities to explore challenging poses.

🌙 And we’ve added a brand-new Restorative class on Sundays at 2pm, led by Chrys.

What to expect: cozy prop setups, time for meditation and breathwork, and thoughtful insights inspired by the seasons and cycles of the earth.

We’re so grateful for this amazing team and can’t wait for you to practice with them this fall. 🍂💛

Join us for a 75-minute guided Yoga Nidra session with Patricia McPherson.

Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative practice often called “yogic sleep.” Through body scanning and visualization, you’ll be guided into a state of deep rest between waking and sleeping.

This 75-minute workshop with Chrys is your chance to explore four empowering arm balances - Crow, Twisted Crow, Flying Pigeon & Eight Angle Pose - and build confidence from the ground up.

You’ll explore the technique of these shapes in a supportive environment. The workshop will finish with calming breathwork and savasana.

There’s more than one way to flow. 🌀

This reel shares a few variations on the vinyasa (sometimes called a “flow” or “half sun salutation”) because practice doesn’t have to follow just one formula.

Most people think of:
High plank → chaturanga → cobra or up dog → downward dog.

But that’s just one version.

A vinyasa can be:
✨ Spicy and strong
✨ Gentle and grounded
✨ Creative and totally personalized

What matters most is that it feels right for the body on any given day.

Here are a few ways to mix it up - from skipping the backbend, to choosing locust pose, to subbing in cat/cow. There’s no wrong way to build a flow.
