Trying to Conceive?

Here are some things I’d do if I were TTC all over again.

Also, a note on prenatals, you don’t have to be pregnant to take them! They’re essentially multivitamins with a little extra (usually folic acid and iron) added to them.

I started taking prenatal supplements 10 months before TTC because I knew the timeline I was aiming for, the sooner you can start the better!

2025 Recap - what a year 🤯

Business Highlights:
- hired another RD
- re-launched my website
- launched my signature program: the Empowered Eating Journey
- launched my podcast
- posted more blogs and sent out more newsletters than ever before
- countless stories of client success with: improving relationships with food, supporting those living with ED’s and helping those with ADHD

Personal Highlights:
- trip to St. Lucia with all my siblings, my now husband, dad and bonus mom
- one of my besties got married AND we went to Tulum for her bachelorette (unforgettable)
- had my own bachelorette at the family cottage
- got married
- went on a dream honeymoon to Paris, San Sebastián and Barcelona

Overall, 2025 was a pretty amazing year. Of course it had its challenges, but which year doesn’t?

Year after year I fall more in love with the work I do as a RD and cannot wait to see what the next year brings.

Tbh each brand may very by 1-3g protein but all Greek yogurt is high in protein

Because weight gain is way more complex than just eating bread …

As a matter of fact, weight gain might not even mean “fat gain” the way we think it is

60% of the number you see on the scale represents fluid

So sweating, peeing, talking, drinking water, eating food can all impact fluid balance

It’s actually really normal for your weight to go up and down a little bit throughout the day

And if you’re a woman, throughout the month!
