Just completed a fantastic course last week with Kevin Darby and his FST team. 🙌

Today I will start incorporating some of this new information and knowledge in my massage practice.

What's FST? One of the team members described it like this... "Know how you feel after a really great yoga class or stretch session? Well, I will do that TO you!"

Couldn't agree more. After 5 days of Fascia Stretch Therapy, my body feels amazing and pain free.
