Momentum SportMed & Wellness Our team of therapists and clinicians provide an interdisciplinary circle of care specially designed for your needs.

With a focus on primary care, injury prevention, wellness and rehabilitation, our services will allow your body to move more efficiently. We are open during COVID and have taken all the neccessary procedures and protocols to ensure your health and safety during your visit. This includes COVID pre screening protocols, all therapist and clients are required to wear a mask, hand sanitization upon entering, room sanitization after every treatment, frequent hand washing and maintaining social distancing in common areas. if you have any concerns about COVID and your treatment, we are her to help and will do best our best to minimize your hesitation to ensure you receive the best treatment.

Feeling tight through the back of your legs? 👀

Here are a few gentle hamstring movements you can try to explore flexibility, control, and activation:

1️⃣ Standing hamstring stretch
2️⃣ Lying hamstring stretch
3️⃣ Nordic curl variation
4️⃣ Hamstring isometric bridge (supine or prone)

These are general options you can try out to see what feels good for your body. Everyone’s different, so take it at your own pace and stay mindful of how each movement feels. 💙

Things I would never do as a chiropractor.👇

Because sometimes the simplest habits make the biggest difference in keeping your body safe and moving well.

1️⃣ Ride a fast bike or scooter without a helmet. Concussions aren’t worth the risk.
2️⃣ Do static stretching before a workout. It can actually make you more prone to injuries.
3️⃣ Skip stability and proprioception training, your joints need control, not just strength.
