If you have also been feeling very off, dysregulated, frozen in time, you’re not alone. There are a lot of huge energies circulating our planet right now and it effects our bodies in a very real way. Many of us are getting energetically upgraded, imprinted, and reprogrammed as we speak with new information + direction.

I realize to some I might sound crazy. But to those of you who share the same DNA coding as me, this message will just feel familiar and more of a knowing that it really is a call to action. The time is now.

So come along for the ride with me as I learn in real time with you… our origins. Our real origins. Not the one told to us in history class.

Not the one taught to you in religion class that’s foundation is fear, obedience, and exclusion, nor the dogma that erased the feminine wisdom, hushed the healers, the wise women, the grandmothers, mothers and daughters, and the Indigenous stewards of our lands. But the true origins. The ones they tried to bury, burn, cover up and completely erase. Hiding in vaults only a few can access. It’s all coming to the surface now. It feels like we don’t have the luxury any more as women to sit back and wait for the world to change. It really is up to us. We dream of a more matriarchal world… one where everything is cared for and no one is more superior than another and that world won’t be handed to us. It’s ours to reclaim.

I realize now more than ever as a mother of boys my role is to raise honorable men. Men with the highest integrity and regard for women, children, and our planet… what else is there anyways? Nothing truly matters more than this. If you are a mother of daughters your job is to teach her to be fierce and not ever compromise her intuitive gifts to make someone else feel comfortable.

It starts in the conversations we have within our homes towards our children, with who and how we as women buy things, and how we care for and tend to our Earth.

We have bought into shame, fear, and guilt far too long. It’s time to remember your true essence.

Right now it’s easy to feel like the world is happening to you. The news. The outrage. The uncertainty.

The constant emotional charge.

But there is a difference between what is happening… and the story your mind builds about what is happening.

This doesn’t mean ignore reality. It means recognize that your interpretation will ultimately determine your internal state. If you’re constantly inflamed, everything looks like danger. If you’re grounded, you can see clearly. Inner freedom isn’t about controlling the world, or even other peoples perception of you for that matter.

It’s about watching your mind without being owned by it.
Your perception is shaping your experience more than you think. And in a time where so many people feel powerless, this is where your power lives. 🔥

We are taking in more information, more outrage, more fear, more stimulation than the human nervous system was EVER designed to process in one sitting. And when we don’t move the emotional charge it creates, the energy it generates within our body…it stays. In the jaw. In the chest. In the gut. In the nervous system.

Energy that doesn’t get expressed gets stored.

These practices are about letting your body complete what it started…stress responses that never got to finish, emotions that never got to move all the way through because you had to check your email or pick the kids up from school.

Regulation isn’t about being calm all the time!!! Very far from it!! It’s about having tools to come back to yourself when hard emotions hit… which they will.

I want this to be a space you can come to when the rest of your algorithm gets to be too much. A soft place to land. A place where you remember your power and your place in the world.

That you matter.
That your energy matters.
And that it actually does change things.

I’m feeling called to remind you of this today.

You do not need to let the chaos of the world become your internal landscape in order to care deeply or make a difference. Distraction is a demanding master and it pulls you outward, fragments your energy, and convinces you that urgency is the same as impact.

Silence is different.
Silence gathers you back into yourself.

And from that centred place, your presence becomes powerful. Your light becomes intentional. You can witness the world without being consumed by it and extend love into dark places without losing yourself along the way.

Let silence be your master.
Everything meaningful flows from there.

We are taking in an overwhelming amount of information every single day…images, headlines, opinions, heartbreak, fear, anger, ALL without ever giving the body time to process it. So the emotions don’t move.
They don’t resolve. They store. Anger stays clenched in the jaw and shoulders. Fear tightens the chest and belly.
Anxiety lives in the nervous system. Dread settles into the body as exhaustion.

This is how your energy fragments.

We absorb…then scroll…then absorb some more …
without ever sitting long enough for it to metabolize.

The body needs pauses to integrate what the mind consumes. Without that, clarity disappears and survival systems takes over and start to govern your life and direction.

Processing doesn’t mean you sit and fall into spiraling.
It means slowing down long enough for sensation to move through instead of getting stuck inside.

Your body is asking for a full completion, not input on top of more input.

Regulation isn’t optional anymore.
It’s how we stay whole. And I don’t know if you noticed but the world really needs more whole humans walking around.

And I’m not talking about remaining quiet in the world. I’m not talking about not using your voice. I’m not talking about disengaging, bypassing, or pretending things don’t matter. I’m talking about putting a pause on the demand the noise has on your life.

The notifications. The headlines. The outrage. The endless stream of information competing for your nervous system. Right now, there is so much heartbreak moving through the collective. So much suffering. So much being shown to us all at once. And the cost of absorbing it nonstop is fragmentation. Burnout. Reactivity. Paralysis.

I’m talking about stepping on the brakes for 15–20 minutes. No input. No absorbing. No scrolling.
Just sitting with all of it long enough for it to actually land and move through you…without hijacking you!!!

We can only absorb so much before our nervous system goes into survival. Before clarity completely disappears.
Before we start reacting instead of responding.

Silence is where integration happens. It’s where your energy stops leaking. It’s where discernment returns.

In a world that is so addicted to noise, silence is where sovereignty lives.

The noise fragments you. Silence organizes you.
So choose what gathers you, not what scatters you.
Let silence lead first…then move from a centered place in your life.

Letting silence become your master, even briefly, even imperfectly, will change how you think, how you feel, and how you respond to the world. You’ll move slower, but clearer. You’ll speak less, but more truthfully. You’ll act from centre instead of overwhelm.

This is not withdrawal from life.
This is how you stay human in it.
Even 15 minutes a day can change everything.

This is a 15-minute. You don’t have to watch it now, save it for later. Just know it’s here when you’re ready.

It’s for processing the pain of the world without carrying it in your body. To alchemize fear into light.

I don’t really care right now about saying the right thing, having the perfect grid, using the best hook, or curating something polished. The world is in pain. And our nervous systems know it.

From what we’re seeing online…war, injustice, children suffering, lies being exposed, the crumbling of systems and people we once believed in… it’s a lot. The human brain locks onto pain. We watch. We absorb. We feel overwhelmed, anxious, angry, heartbroken… and then we still have to carry on with our own lives.

Pain has a way of paralyzing us. So we do nothing. We doom scroll. We feel like s**t. And the energy stays stuck.

I don’t want this space to be about feeding that. 🙅🏼‍♀️

I feel deeply called to offer something different… a safe place to land, to breathe, to remember your own power in all of this. Even when you don’t know what the hell you can do financially, physically, or practically.

Because you are doing something with your energy…whether you realize it or not.

This meditation is a daily practice I do myself. I recorded it because it feels needed right now.

It’s a way to let the pain move through the body instead of getting trapped inside it… to draw anxiety, fear, and grief up and out through the breath… and then to consciously fill yourself back up with light, clarity, and life force.

And from there… to send that light outward. To your family. To your neighbors. To the world. This isn’t bypassing what’s happening. It’s alchemizing it.

When you activate and ignite your own light from within and radiate it outward, it does change things. On an individual level. On a collective level. Energy ripples. Always has.
