Let me share to you my community outreach experience (infant massage therapy) during covid days 😅 . That very moment I was demonstrating to moms/parents/caregivers on how to safely and effectively perform infant massage.

A regular sleep pattern is one of the benifits of infant massage therapy (includes toddlers and children). Though infants usually sleep a lot but sometimes their sleep pattern is irregular which leads stress to the postpartum moms or caregivers (due to lack of sleep).It also creates bonding between the baby and mother/caregiver. ❣️
