Connect to the physical sensation of stress in your body. Maybe it’s a tight belly, a tight throat, or pressure in your head. Got it? Now, let’s tap!

✨ Tap on the Same Points and Repeat after me:

Eyebrow: Releasing and letting go of all the stress, anxiety, resentment, anger, and fear.

Side of eye: Releasing and letting go of all the sadness, worries, hurt, and confusion.

Under eye: Releasing and letting go of the tension in my body, pressure in my head, heart, and belly.

Collarbone: Releasing and letting go of the self-defeating thoughts, self-loathing, and self-hatred.

🤲 Grab your wrist. Say “Peace.”

❤️ Hand on your heart. Take a deep breath.

🙂Hands on your face. Say “Safe. Calm. Peace.”

Feel better already? This takes just 1 minute, and you can do it anytime you feel stress. Rinse and repeat as needed, day or night.

But wait—before you make a big leap, ask yourself: Is the job really the problem? Or is it the way you’re approaching it?

This weekend, I had a conversation with someone in the exact same boat—wanting to change careers. Here’s the thing: it’s not always the job. When you're stressed, anxious, or even depressed, you’re in fight-or-flight mode 🧠💥. And no matter how many jobs you switch, you’ll carry that stress with you.

The first step is to get out of fight or flight. That's what we focus on with The Microdose Diet—rewiring your brain, calming your body, mastering emotions, and raising your energy ⚡.
