Meet Mathilde! 💫

Mathilde graduated from a 5-year full-time osteopathy program at CEESO in Lyon, France.

Her expertise encompasses treating individuals across all age groups, including infants, children, adults, and the elderly, as well as providing specialized care for pregnant women, athletes, and emergency cases.

🌿 Mathilde’s approach to osteopathy is holistic, emphasizing manual therapy tailored to each patient’s needs. Her repertoire of techniques includes cranial, visceral, articular, and myofascial techniques.

Motivated to further enhance her skills, Mathilde relocated to Toronto with a commitment to advancing her proficiency in osteopathic treatment and care 💪

Meet Tene! 🩰 A Ballerina and a content creator. Tene has worked for The Dutch National Ballet (Amsterdam) and The Australian Ballet (Melbourne) before moving into her current position at The National Ballet of Canada in Toronto. She is the core subject in the internationally acclaimed documentary “Swan Song” which premiered at TIFF in 2023. For as long as Tene has been a Ballerina Pilates has been there to support her training. She is excited to share the invaluable wealth of knowledge that over 12 years of pilates and 15 years of ballet has provided her with.

Pilates has been the foundation and practice that allowed Tene to recover from multiple stress fractures, torn ligaments and sprained ankles with more strength, mind-body connection and a deeper passion for both professions. Tene joined the Peridot Wellness team in January 2024 after training under Dr Meagan Maguire (Founder of Peridot Wellness) to become a pilates instructor. Tene is always playing fun music during her classes. They are challenging yet rewarding, as the class is designed to seamlessly mesh the two worlds of ballet and pilates together in a dynamic and fun-filled way.

You can find Tene in the studio on Mondays at 8am and 7pm and Saturday mornings at 8:30am and 9:30am! 🤍
