I was teased for having a "butt chin" 🍑 But I refer to it as a beauty dimple 😘

A few years ago, I was at at a plastic surgery conference where a presenter was making a case as to why a "cleft chin"/"butt chin" is unattractive on a female as it appears to masculinize the facial features. I politely raised my hand, stood up, pointed at my own chin and simply stated "I highly disagree"! 🎤 (lol, mic drop)

Who is anyone to tell you what is beautiful?!? That is their opinion of what appeals to them, which is irrelevant to you. 👋🏻 & ✌🏼

In my opinion, a "beauty dimple" undoubtedly makes a person look very attractive & quite unique ♡ Pair it with a gorgeous smile and you have just taken your beauty to the next level 🥰

It's that time of year, IT'S MY BIRTHDAY 🎂

Reflecting back to just my last birthday, SO much has happened! Honnête Clinique wasn't even operating (I didn't open until June of 2021). Witnessing come to life & grow, has been a dream come true ✨️ I am truly grateful & proud 🤍🙏🏼🤍

I am surrounded by light & love ♡ With all of my heart and everything within me, I am so thankful to my friends/tribe, colleagues, patients, business team, health/wellness squad, and of course my family ♡ THANK YOU all for believing in me 🤍

As a perfectionist, I have always been structured and guarded. By unknowingly being challenged, one of the biggest lessons I gained this past year was how to let go of unnecessary rules and it was honestly super liberating! I've learned that life is not about being perfect, it's about being excellent! ;) How do I want to be remembered? As an EXCELLENT human being 🤍 Also, as a bada** babe with a heart 😘

3 most common areas for Botox?
• Forehead
• Frown
• Crow's Feet

💉 Neuromodulators (Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, Nuceiva) is a medication that will temporarily prevent the treated muscles from contracting, which causes the skin on top to appear more smooth and wrinkle-free.

💉 Treatments last approximately 3-4 months. You will begin to see some movement around 7-8 weeks post-treatment as the muscles start to slowly regain strength.

💉 Dosing varies from person to person; it is based on your own muscle strength. Important to note, "under-dosing" will affect the duration of your treatment, amongst other factors.

💉 The first few treatments may last the least amount of time as your muscles are at their strongest until they "train" to relax. As you continue treatment, results may begin to last longer, that’s why it’s best stay consistent so that you’ll have the best possible results!

💉 Treatment is very tolerable, it’s often described as a small pinch (feels like plucking a hair). We use small micro-needles, there is little to no bruising, and redness (looks like mosquito bites) subsides within 15-30 minutes.

Above all else, our biggest priority at Honnête Clinique is the health, safety, and well-being of our staff & valued patients 🤍 While the mask mandate for the province of Ontario will be lifted for most indoor public places as of today, the Ministry of Health guidelines still require masks to be worn in healthcare settings. Since Honnête Clinique is a healthcare facility, we will continue to follow these guidelines. This mask mandate is still in place until at least April 27th under “healthcare settings”.
