I see you..
You have been doing everything to lose weight. 🏋️♀️🏊♀️
You have tried all diets, you have struggled to eat less and exercise more 😫
You went to the gym every day before work for a whole month and you haven't lost a pound! 🏋️♀️
You feel like a failure and you are tired of family looking at you like it's your fault. The look they have at you every time you eat something that is not a salad 😳

Most diets out there do not take into consideration our unique needs. And as women we have very different needs than men.
Our hormones run the show. And if you have been depriving yourself by eating less and less everyday while exercising more and more chances are your hormones are out of whack, and there is nothing you can do until your hormones are working optimally again
Hormones tell us when to stop eating, when to keep eating, when to slow down and when to keep going, even how much of the calories you eat will be transformed into body fat
