So what’s the deal with Karoline Leavitt’s lips? In case you haven’t seen the recent article and photo shoot of the White House staff, there’s a lot of discussion happening about Karoline Leavitt’s lips. They look a little puffy, a little red and there are marks or dots visible on the lips. So what’s going on?

Well here’s my take.

To me, this looks like recent lip filler injections, using a vertical tenting technique in an effort to give height to the lips without forward projection. You can see this by the tiny little marks or bruises in the top part of her lip and to a lesser extent the bottom. Her lips are obviously fuller than they have been in the past, so she’s definitely had some lip filler…

Having said that, I’m all for people doing these types of enhancements and let’s be honest she may not have had time to take off of work to properly heal from a treatment like this… And few do. Own it!

As a point of education, always keep your lips clean and only put sterile lotions and healing creams and ointments(vitamin E) on them post procedure… Definitely no lip glosses that have been laying around for two years in your purse… the last thing you want is bacteria entering those little holes that were created!

Lip filler done the Royal Treatment way 👑

Lips lose volume over time just like everywhere else on the face. When that happens, volume replacement is required to maintain a youthful look.

The keys to natural lip filler:
✅ volume loss - adding volume to already full lips can lead to migration of the filler up creating a Homer Simpson look

I walk the walk and I talk the talk!

if you know me, you know I talk very highly about microneedling. I think it’s probably one of the most underestimated treatments that there is in terms of transforming your skin.
