A little while ago I did a photoshoot.
There was a time in my life I would have never posted something like this.

I would have picked myself apart.
Zoomed in on flaws.
Worried about what people would think.
Made myself smaller.

But here I am.
Almost 40.
In a body that has carried babies.
Built businesses.
Survived heartbreak.
Held grief.
Healed.

And I’m willing to celebrate her.

She is not perfect.
She is powerful.

And honestly?
F**k anyone who thinks otherwise.

A woman’s intuition was never designed to be explained.
It was designed to be honoured.

Her intuition is ancient, nonlinear, embodied, and deeply intelligent.
It doesn’t move through logic — it moves through knowing.

Men are not meant to fully understand it by design.
Just as women are not meant to carry the weight of provision, protection, and structure alone.

The masculine’s role is not to dissect the feminine intuition —
it is to protect it, stabilize it, and hold the container that allows it to flourish.

When the masculine shows up grounded, present, and embodied,
and the feminine feels safe enough to trust her inner voice —
the dynamic becomes extraordinarily powerful.

But when intuition is dismissed, tested, manipulated, or played with…
what’s created isn’t confusion — it’s karmic debt.

Because intuition always sees the truth first.
And energy always keeps score.

✨ A lesson I learned over 24 years of side hustles, soul work, and self-trust

I’ve been a “side-hustle girl” since I was about 16.

Mary Kay.
Pampered Chef.
MLMs.
Little businesses.
Creative projects.
Ideas that lit me up at 2 a.m.

If there’s a way to create income, I’ve probably explored it at some point.

And here’s what almost 24 years of doing that has taught me:

👉 The things that work best are the things that speak for themselves.

Take Pampered Chef as a simple example.
Are the products expensive? Yes.
Do they last? Yes.
Do people trust them? Absolutely.

When the value is already felt, you don’t have to convince anyone.
You don’t have to push.
You don’t have to manipulate.
You don’t need the perfect sales pitch.

The sale becomes easy because the value is obvious.

To this day, my kitchen is still full of Pampered Chef products—not because I’m loyal to a company, but because I’m loyal to value that delivers.

💫 My business has changed, but this principle hasn’t.

Today, the “product” I stand behind is different.
It’s not cookware.
It’s consciousness.
It’s intuition.
It’s spirituality grounded in lived experience, science, and deep listening.

When you lean into spirituality—not bypassing reality, but listening deeply—you begin to see its value everywhere:
• Hard things feel more supported
• You stop feeling alone
• You recognize the ancestors, guides, and wisdom standing behind you
• You trust your intuitive nature more

And the more you trust it…
The more others feel it.

You don’t have to be loud.
You don’t have to be salesy.
You don’t have to sparkle harder than everyone else in the room.

✨ You just get to exist in your truth.

This was a hard lesson for me when I first stepped into my work as a medium and intuitive. I was so excited. I wanted everyone to see it. To feel it. To understand it.

What I learned over time is this:

Everything is an energy exchange.
People only truly receive what they value.
And the more someone invests—emotionally, energetically, consciously—the more they receive in return.

That shift changed everything.
Not just my work…
But my relationships.
My boundaries.
My peace.

Because when people truly see your value, it gets easy.
No pushing.
No pulling.
No proving.

You don’t have to be the shiny crystal in the room.
You simply get to be.

🌱 So let me ask you:

• What are you forcing to fit?
• Who are you trying to convince of your worth?
• Where are you over-explaining, over-giving, or shrinking to be accepted?

Every single one of us has gifts we are naturally good at.
When you step into those, the right people recognize the value instantly.

And if you find yourself in spaces where:
– you have to prove yourself
– your worth feels questioned
– your value feels discounted

It’s okay to let them go.

They’re not your people.
They’re not in alignment with you.
And they’re not meant to pay the energetic cost of what you offer.

✨ Stop forcing yourself to be in rooms where people want you to change.

Choose the rooms where people see you as the one who creates change.

Let that sink in. 🌿

2025 was a year that changed me.

It brought growth, expansion, and some of the most meaningful milestones of my life — launching my Oracle deck, building my Skool community, receiving an international speaking award, my first long service acknowledgment in EMS, beginning bee keeping and stepping more fully into work that feels deeply aligned with who I am.

It also brought loss. Saying goodbye to my sweet girl Roxy was one of the hardest things I’ve ever walked through. She taught me so much about love, presence, and loyalty, and her energy will always be part of my journey.

This year asked me to grow, to let go, and to rise — and I did. With the support of my soul sisters, Lisa and Amanda, who kept me grounded and steady when things got heavy.

I’m heading into 2026 with so much gratitude and momentum.
I’m excited to share that my next international event will take me to Austin, Texas, and there’s a powerful new chapter unfolding in my work — something I’ve been building quietly and intentionally behind the scenes.

I can feel what’s coming… and it’s big. ✨
