A mock-up of our triple-tree setup. The Denali dual lights are stacked and staggered to follow the rake of the head and a TCBros Enduro handlebar sits on top. Progress has been slow lately but it’s picking up steam again.

Okay, okay, okay 🤩 If these aren’t the cleanest, most gorgeous rebuilt carbs you’ve ever seen then, well something. Can’t think right now. Fixated on the carbs.

Thank you Sane Motion Motor for the incredible work 🔥

Mounting a Honda F3 wheel on GSXR inverted forks is no small feat. We have to mate the GSXR axel with custom bearings, seals, and wheel spacers to make it fit and centre the wheel. And we haven’t even looked at what would be required to make the brake callipers fit 🤯
On the positive side, we’re learning a ton and the problem solving required has energized the team. Teamwork!

Our custom seat from is finished and looking gorgeous. The top is made from "All Sport” vinyl rated to -50℃, is crack resistant, oil resistant, and mildew resistant while the leather border is a utility hide so it’s oily and waxy to protect it from the elements. Love the subtle "Mo" stache etched into the back and the PTB-orange stitching. Can't wait to see this on the bike!

PROJECT TEAM BUILDING SPEAKER SERIES: EPISODE 3- KEVIN REMPEL

Last week, we were honoured to have our friend stop into our shop and have a chat about his inspirational story of overcoming incredible obstacles, physically and mentally, after a motocross accident left him paralyzed.

Kevin Rempel is a 2013 Sledge Hockey World Champion, 2014 Paralympic Bronze Medalist, keynote speaker, trainer, author, and creator of the coaching program on mental resilience, titled The Resilience Toolbox.

Kevin has surmounted incredible life challenges to reach the Olympic podium and now to bring his powerful message of hope and resilience, teaching others how to adopt The Hero Mindset to drive results and embrace change.

We were so glad that he was able to share his story with us and be the first official person in the shop to do one of these speaker series videos.

Stay tuned for more videos of awesome guest speakers in the coming weeks!

(sorry about the audio- i think only one mic was working lol)

PROJECT TEAM BUILDING BIKE BUILD DESIGN CONCEPTS 🤘🏻

We've put together a few renderings of what our project bike may look like- based on some of the component decisions our participants have made over the last few months (along with the help of the larger motorcycle community and our followers i.e. you 😊)

We think our hybrid cafe racer/tracker is gonna look awesome!

What do you guys think?

Were still figuring out a final paint colour scheme and design (suggestions welcomed) along with a few other components- so these renderings are only for illustrative purposes only- but hopefully the final bike comes close to these cause we think they look awesome! 😊

If youre interested in helping us out in these final stages of fabrication and assembly, please let us know- were open to any ideas! 🤙🏻

Thanks to all of our project partners who have helped us up to this point! We couldn't have gotten this far without you! ❤️

Were stoked to show you our bike build as it continues to move through this process- stay tuned! 🏍️

PROJECT TEAM BUILDING SPEAKER SERIES: EPISODE 2- COREY HATT- MAD HATTER INDUSTRIES

In this video, we chat with Lt. Corey Hatt, Canadian Army Veteran and founder of Mad Hatter Industries, a local apparel company that spreads the idea behind creating a community that supports each other and has their brother or sister's back at a time of need. Mad Hatter Industries goal is about inspiring and motivating each other to overcome whatever adversity you face. Whether it's anxiety from stepping out the door or worrying about flashbacks from your first or last tour facing you when you run into crisis.

Corey shares his incredible story of why he started Mad Hatter Industries after his service in the military, and why spreading the message of positive mental health is so important- especially among veterans.

We can't thank him enough for joining us to chat.

We're excited to announce that Project Team Building will be at the on March 25-27 🤗🥳🤘🏻🏍️

We're so thankful for the opportunity to be there and to meet the rest of the community in person- to share the progress of our project bike, and to just chat with everyone about bikes and mental health!

We hope to see you there! 🤙🏻

01/28/2022

It was such an honour to have our friends Vik and Sam Radics, the founders of The Moto Social , join our weekly participants call and to share their story.

In this video, we chat about the origins of The Moto Social in Toronto, how it grew into a global movement, and some of the challenges they faced along the way.

Without initiatives like The Moto Social, there would be no Project Team Building. They inspired us to create another concept that uses motorcycling as a way to bring people together to socially connect through something positive. We owe alot to them for creating something positive for our community and we appreciate having their support for our project from the beginning. ❤️

We're pretty lucky to call them friends and we are so proud of everything they have accomplished to date. 🤙🏻

If you wanted to know more about The Moto Social, or hear about how it came to be, check out the video.

Make sure you follow if you haven't already to stay up to speed on what is going on. And if you see Vik and Sam out there one day (hopefully in person at a Moto Social sometime soon 😉), make sure you say hi! 🤘🏻

Stay tuned to our future speaker series videos where we chat with other awesome people connected to the world of motorcycling and/or mental health.
