As part of our holistic approach to body management, Alma Studio is a new space for mindful movement, deep rest, and nervous system care — and we can’t wait to welcome you in 🤍

Here’s what’s coming to the studio in January:

🧘‍♀️ Vinyasa Yoga
Mondays | 7–8 PM
Dynamic, flow-based movement to build strength, flexibility, and awareness.

🌊 Quartz Crystal Sound Bath
Tuesdays & Saturdays | 8–9 AM
A deeply restorative sound experience for relaxation, grounding, and reset.

🌙 Yin Yoga
Tuesdays | 7–8 PM
Slow, nourishing postures to release tension and invite deep rest. (Limited to 10 students)

🧘 Meditation
Wednesdays | 7–8 PM
Gentle, guided practices to calm the nervous system and cultivate inner stillness.

🔥 Ashtanga Yoga (Biweekly)
Saturdays 10-11AM
A structured, breath-focused practice for strength, discipline, and focus.

💫 Yoga Nidra (4-Week Series)
