Be gentle with the thoughts you have about yourself when you look in the mirror.

🚫Being so critical about the way you look
🚫Comparing yourself to others
🚫Thinking you’re not beautiful enough until you lose some weight
🚫Thinking you’ll only be loved if you look a certain way
🚫Feeling insecure by the pressures of the male gaze
🚫Pinpointing your “imperfections”
❤️I understand the struggle of looking in the mirror and seeing all of my flaws rather than standing there and acknowledging the beauty staring back at me. It’s easy to fall into negative thought patterns when it comes to body image because of the pressures we as women face from society.
❤️Your self worth is not based on your physical appearance. So the next time you look in the mirror, compliment yourself, do a sexy dance and passionately declare self love affirmations.
❤️There’s nothing wrong with making changes to your body, just remember to love yourself and your body every step of the way.
