hi again I have something exciting and new to share :) this coming Sunday I’m holding a REIKI (Self Healing) CIRCLE!

~An hour of practicing the peaceful, enjoyable art of self applying reiki energy to your body in a nourishing group of like minded folks and you all get a (distance) Self Healing (Level 1) Attunement. You will all be attuned before we begin and the cap of attendees is 14 so we can get to each of you, address any questions and have time for a full self healing session!

We will warm up, ground (connect with the earth) and centre (align your focus on the intent) with the help of some Eden Energy Medicine that I guide you through. You will learn the basics of self healing with reiki and apply it right away! Also because it is a group we get to revel in the sacred space we communally create.~

Hey everyone, from the bottom of my heart big love to you all and I am back with what I hope to be a beneficial gift during these turbulent times. I know ten minutes of moving your body for its best good and five minutes of meditation with trauma sensitive trained guide walking you through it can be a great help…because that was me once and now I am able to share those gifts as a guide through those practices. So to celebrate the value of these wisdom traditions I am holding a free Yoga & Meditation Daily (20 Min) Virtual class for the foreseeable future. There is so much magic all around us all the time. Beautiful subtle languages just murmuring wisdom. Amongst all the “stretching” and straight up hard s**t there is a solace and I recently tapped into an even fuller version of it. The coolest part is that magic being experienced is simply play, wild play you are wildly entitled to and I can help you remember how you can allow yourself to, it is my greatest joy. There is certainty in that work/play, steadiness in remembering what we have always had access to and reinstating a way of being with ourselves that empowers the deepest and most meaningful values to become rooted stronger inside.

This is a fun little collage featuring some interpretations of figures from Norse mythology and a sacred plant to us (and many others) henbane. The plants, old sacred stories and art are all realms of play I adore 🌟✨💫

Welcome to our new sweet place to land that is Seidr Fae :) as you may have noticed I have retired the rubedo alchemy title my social accounts are all as well as my website is now www.seidrfae.com

This holds space for the Norse (Danish specifically) ancestral ways of working with divination, sorcery and herbalism as well as my Celtic lineage's faery magic (earth connection and spellcraft) to be at the forefront of my intuitive guidance work.

I will still be sharing services to do with all that goodness I'm so passionate about studying as it heavily influences my perception of the world and I love to spread the wisdom (as was its original intention when crafted) of the Yog-Vedantic tradition and more.
