Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is a well-established, evidence-based 8-week group program for depression, anxiety, and stress. Our MBCT group in Toronto builds on the core structure of MBCT while emphasizing embodied awareness, relational safety, and nervous system regulation in community.
Who this group may be supportive for:
-People experiencing anxiety, depression, or chronic stress
-Those interested in mindfulness, somatic therapy, or embodied approaches to mental health
-Clinicians, caregivers, and helping professionals seeking relational and embodied self-care
-People who are interested in reconnecting with in person community.
Event Details:
-When: 8 weeks plus one retreat evening, Tuesdays, April 7 to Jun 2, 2026, 5 to 7 pm
-Where: New Pathways Third Space, 720 Spadina Avenue, Suite 312
-Cost: $630 (fees may be covered by extended health benefits)

Dr. Patricia “Pat” Rockman is a family physician and an internationally recognized leader in mindfulness-based approaches to mental health.
Rachael Frankford is a registered social worker and somatic psychotherapist based in Toronto. She is the founder of New Pathways, where her work integrates mindfulness, trauma-informed psychotherapy, and nervous system regulation.
