Cancer might take you away but the memories will always stay. Thank you for 23 years as a step father and grandpa. Was glad we had a chance to spend time together last summer. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and Mom. We love you.

Hey! been a little distracted lately. I have great news to share, I'm a Grandma again and so proud. One granddaughter and now a grandson. So perfect. Now that is a reason to keep a strong, positive and happy mindset. I love hearing stories about what keeps peoples mind going in the right direction and not allowing anxiety, depression or stress take over.

It's a sad day and one hard to forget. 11 yrs ago Cyril Hynes left us. Today we loose a great man Roger Caines. You will be greatly missed. Owen and I love you. R.I..P

We might not think it or believe it but every day we suffer from some kind of stress. Stress leads to things like anxiety and depression. Many deny or ignore this, hoping for the best until sickness sets in deep. There are many ways to helps strengthen your mind for it is too late. If you want info comment below.

I used to get a little depressed when my kids turned a year older. Now I celebrate. Why? Well, because I raised them and now they're raising themselves. One is raising her own. Happy 21st Birthday Kassy Nov. 7th and Happy 23rd Birthday Ariele Nov.8th. Mom loves you both. I might not be perfect but I did my best and you both turned out great. 🎂🎉🍨

Sometimes everyday feels the same when we are down. We have to allow our family to help keep our minds moving in the right direction. This allows for our mind to become stronger, and with strength our physical side is better as well. Keep your chin up for the children.
