Inner Outer You is about You. And since you are everyone else at the same time it’s also about everyone. Everyone has an inner and outer life. How much we grow inside is how much we live life with quality on the outside. When you have reached the greatest depths inward, you can enjoy life like never before.
Inner and Outer experiences (inner and outer worlds) are connected. When you feel terrible inside, everything on the outside seems terrible too. When you feel at peace inside, you see the world with peace and compassion, even when experiencing or seeing terrible things outside.
