how to walk like a normal human during winter again {and not slip along the way}:
🔥 stretch it out - warm up your hips, ankles + the rest of your body before you head out
🥾 wear footwear with good tread for better grip
🚶 take shorter strides than normal - don’t rush!
💪 keep your arms out slightly to provide better balance
