These ancient feminine archetypes are a map of wholeness. Connected to a season of life, they hold a core energy of their own, unique qualities, and light & shadow expressions. They help us honour and examine our dominant traits while exploring those we’ve pushed into shadow. They bring light to the parts of us that may be forgotten, repressed, or overexpressed.
WHY DOES THIS MATTER NOW?
Our culture has trained us to be in resistance to the natural rhythm of life, to resist the natural process of aging, to feel that certain stages of life are more valuable and vibrant than others. Working with the archetypes helps us rebalance by honouring all phases and releasing shame.
Our world is built on productivity, the linear fashion of the masculine vs the flow of the feminine. When we understand our rhythm (menstrual cycles, life stages, seasons), we know that there is a right time for everything, a time to rest, a time to be productive and a time to blossom.
The archetypes offer a framework to embrace the full spectrum of feminine power—from nurturing to wildness and wisdom. Integrating all 4 archetypes is where we find wholeness & our authenticity.
Now is the time of the rising of the feminine, to come to BALANCE with the masculine, this requires us to be in our full expression.
