It was a milestone year with the launch of our new podcast—“The Exceptional Caregivers Life,” our second annual “Speak Up for FASD” event, celebrating 20 years of the Treasure Chest Fund and Symphonic Passion Chorus holiday concert, and more.

While the holidays can be joyous, it can also be a time that heightens feelings of anxiety, stress and depression, especially for parents and caregivers who are managing a lot at home.

Chances are, you devote a lot of time and energy to advocating for your child and getting them the supports they need. This is important, but it’s also really important to take care of yourself. By meeting your own needs, you’ll be in a better position to meet the needs of your child. Know you are not alone, and support is available.

Join us to learn how to navigate the Special Services at Home (SSAH) application process. We'll cover eligibility requirements, what documentation you'll need, and walk through sample forms together. You'll also get practical tips on how to highlight your child's needs in the application.
